800g raw prawns.
2-3 Tbs butter
2 Tbs finely chopped shallot
1 1/2 dl chopped paprika
1/2 dl konjak
1 fish stock
150g sliced mushroom
1 Tbs tomato puree
3dl (300 ml) creme fraiche
1 dl finely chopped parsley
1-2 Tbs dry cherry
1/2-1 tbs cayenne peppar
1-2 Tbs butter
and salt to taste
Step 1: Make sure you have all your ingredients chopped and everything else should be ready to cook. We all know prawns take only a few minutes to cook.
Step 2: Using a deep pan, start with warming up your pan, then add your butter and let it melt, add onions and paprika, let them fry for a few minutes but don't let them get any colour.
Step 3: When the onions are cooked put the heat to the highest and add your prawns and fry them for a few minutes,, like 3. Add konjak then your fish stock and add the mushrooms plus tomato puree.
Step 4: Add your creme fraiche and parsley. cook for a few minutes. watch the colour of your prawns, do not overcook them.
Last step: Lastly taste with the cherry, and carefully cayenne pepper and a bit of salt IF needed.
Serve with Rice and boiled sparris
